However, the maximum should not be allowed to exceed 30 to 35 degrees. That is to say the actual temperature at the outer bearing frame should not exceed 55 to 60 centigrade. The normally bearings should be refueled for3 to 4 times of lubricated oil during each working year. On the other hand, bearing for the liquid ring vacuum pumps should be totally cleaned at least once a year.

Secondly, during the normal operation process, operator should also regular compress and pack filler. If the filler could not guarantee the better sealing performance due to the long period of wear and tear, the operator should timely replace the packing filler. If the liquid ring vacuum pumps adopt the mechanical seal and occur the situation of leakage, people should check whether the static ring of the mechanical seal is damaged or secondary seal aging. After confirmation for the former situation, people should quickly replace the broken parts with good one.

 Furthermore, people should also check whether the discharge valve plate is at normally situation or not. If it is not in the normally situation, people should consider to replacing them.

Working principle of watering vacuum pump
